Home School Program: Some parents wish to teach religion at home. While we support this endeavor, we strongly encourage in school attendance for Sacramental years including Second, Fifth and Sixth grade levels, and try to set up accountability on both sides. All of our Home Schooled children are invited and encouraged to participate in any liturgical and special activities that we have during the year. We require the use of the same religion text book that we use in our Parish program, which is authorized by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and follows the New Catechism of the Catholic Church. Fee: Same as regular sessions Special Needs Children: We have a program for special needs children and a support network for parents of these boys and girls. Non-Parishioners: Often parents from other parishes request that their children come here because the time may be more convenient for them. It would be important for them to get permission from their pastor as well as Monsignor McCoy for their child(ren) to attend our program. Out of Parish: Fee to be determined as necessary - please contact PREP Office. Contact: The PREP office at (215) 822-7553 |
